2. Services
This studio offers complementary wellness therapies including but not limited to lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, LED light therapy, PEMF, Havening, and related services.
All services are provided for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Health & Medical Disclosure
Prior to your first session you will be required to complete a full health intake form disclosing your medical history, current medications, and any known conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information accurately and completely. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we believe a therapy may not be appropriate for your current health status. Always consult your physician before beginning any new
wellness therapy.

4. Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you upon booking. We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your scheduled session
to allow time to settle and prepare.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No shows will be charged the full session fee. We
understand that life happens — please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time. If you are running late please
contact us as soon as possible.

7. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Current pricing is always available on our website and at the studio.

8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions. If you are unsatisfied with your experience please contact us directly so we can work to make it right.

9. Contraindications & Client Responsibility
Certain therapies may not be appropriate for everyone. It is your responsibility to review contraindications for each therapy and to inform us of any changes to your health between sessions. We reserve the right to decline service to any client we believe may be at risk.

10. Results & Outcomes
Results from our therapies vary from person to person. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

We will never photograph or film you without your explicit prior consent. Any images or testimonials shared on our website or social media platforms are done so only with written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this studio and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
